1. Can you help me if I've never had a resume?

Definitely. Our process is geared towards a Q&A process that allows our writers to include your skills, work history, educational background, and intangibles in your resume.

 

2. Do you write federal resumes or resumes for military veterans?

Yes, we are equally skilled at writing traditional resumes and federal resumes for outplacing veterans. We write federal resumes in addition to private-sector resumes. We also offer a 10% discount on any of our resume packages to anyone with previous military service!

 

3. How long will it take for my resume and/or cover letter to be         created?

The fully completed resume and/or cover letter will be sent to you within 3 to 5 business days. There is an additional $20 charge to receive the documents within 1 business day. Any revisions requested prior to your approval of your resume will be delivered within one business day.

 

4. How will I correspond with the writers?

Our writers offer a personalized approach, whereby you can speak to a consultant on the phone and or via e-mail throughout the process. 

 

5. How are documents delivered to me?

Your document(s) will be e-mailed to you in Word and PDF formats. A .txt format is also available upon request. We do not mail printed copies.

 

6. Can I bundle services?

Yes, you may purchase our services individually, or bundle any three services to create a custom package. To see a full list of our services and packages see our product listing.

 

7. How do i pay for my resume?

We process all payments via PayPal. After you complete our Contact form you will receive an invoice via email from PayPal.

 

8. Will you ever share my private information?

NEVER! All information provided to us is strictly confidential. We will never share your information with any third-party companies. To see more information about our Privacy Policy.
