Lightning Clout started as a general way to help friends and family with their career choices. Initially services offered were limited to creating or updating resumes to help them make a good impression as qualified candidates. Lightning Clout has grown significantly since its inception and has expanded to help all job seekers with their career decisions whether big or small.

We are a Boutique Professional Services & Career Solutions Firm, focused on guiding entry-level to mid-level #professionals with an empowering voice in a supportive environment. Led by, Jasmine Lightning Meeks, and her team of Executive Career Coaches, we have over 25 combined years of experience. We take the time to individually write a resume that reflects your strengths and experience while targeting the specific job(s) you are seeking. We influence and empower people to make the best decision for their desired career path. We specialize in creating and editing #resumes and providing career guidance, along with interview preparation skills needed by hard-working, career-focused individuals like you!

Jasmine has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University, where she studied Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and minored in Information Systems. From a young age, Jasmine has always been very driven and focused. This led her friends and family to reach out to her for career advice. Jasmine's passion is helping others land their dream job within their dream career. This passion inspired her to create Lightning Clout.

Before founding Lightning Clout, Jasmine has worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager and Cloud Solutions Consultant. Jasmine's personal philosophy is, "Work hard, consider suggestions, and, learn from the constructive criticism of people who support your dreams and goals."

Janice ReShae - Executive Career Consultant & Business Operations Guru

Janice ReShae is the Lightning Clout Executive Career Consultant. She is an IT professional in the field of Enterprise Business Systems, Application Security Analyst. Janice is a graduate of Colorado State University in Pueblo CO and Strayer University in Atlanta, GA. She earned her Master of Science, Information Systems (MSIS), and her bachelor’s in business administration, Management and Marketing (BSBA). Janice also earned her Coaching certification from the Oasis Learning Institute in Atlanta GA.

Janice is a board member of the non-profit organization Inspired Heart Youth Empowerment, Inc. She has also supported Junior League of Atlanta, and Camp Horizon of Georgia. Janice enjoys empowering others, travel and photography.

Kristal Lightning Peoples - Federal Career Development Consultant & Chief Dream Builder

Kristal has over 15 years' experience in business technology, business development, and personal coaching, half of which was spent as an employee of the federal government, working in the Defense, Immigration, and National Security sectors. In this capacity, she worked as an IT Project Manager and as a Scrum IT Product Owner, while helping others navigate the often murky and intimidating government hiring process.

Kristal has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Project Management and several technology-related professional certifications. In her spare time, she enjoys mobile app development, repairing gadgets, mentoring young girls with Community of Hope DC and Black Girls Code, and practicing becoming a gourmet chef! Kristal's personal motto is 'Be present. Be caring. Live your best life ever!' She can't wait to help you realize your professional goals!
